A Bit of Class Friesians - Breeding quality Friesian Horses

The Andalusian is one of the oldest breeds and has been used to develop and improve many others.
Andalusians were originally bred to be the perfect mount for military purposes and have been the mount of choice among royalty for centuries. They are compact yet sturdy, allowing them to be agile and bold in battle. Andalusians small stature allows them a great degree of balance and collection to easily perform aires above ground and other dressage movements requiring extreme collection. Their athleticism also makes them agile jumpers, and in fact the breed loves to jump. They are known for the calm temperament and quiet dispositions, allowing even children to handle the stallions. Their strength, grace, and elegant movement, combined with abundant manes and tails, makes Andalusians arguably the most beautiful horses in the world.
